I'm sorry that you were so mistreated by the forensic doctor and the DC... frankly, they both should be sacked on the spot for handling your case like that, there's no excuse for it. The victims shouldn't be the ones who have to shoulder the burden of changing the system, but sometimes we're the only ones invested in the outcome. I had a similar experience a few years ago, but I was so mistreated by the hospital staff that I was never even properly examined. I wish now that I'd had the courage then to demand that things be done correctly. I'm glad you pushed through! It may not be justice for you, but if it helps another survivor, it was worth it.
